Job Responsibilities:
- Inspects facilities, systems, and their components for the purpose of identifying necessary improvements.
- Supervises the installation or repair of systems and/or components (e.g., fire alarm, electrical and air conditioning control equipment, conduit, speed shutter door, ducting, boiler, air compressor, motors, bells, clocks, lightings, gutters, flooring, etc.) for the purpose of completing projects safely and within established time frames.
- Prepares documentation (e.g., requisitions, purchase orders, equipment specs, technical data sheet, etc.) for the reference of technical data and specification.
- Propose machine modification design, facility modification design, and new machine or equipment.
- Prepare schedule and plan of activity for all engineering projects.
- Estimates materials and/or equipment needed to complete work projects for the purpose of ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Provides the Engineering Manager with regular written and/or oral summaries of work in progress, facility operational status, and any unusual or unforeseen conditions encountered in the course of maintenance or construction activities.
- Develop and implement training assessments, training programs, and encourage the development of knowledge and skills of maintenance and operation personnel.
- May work irregular hours and respond to emergency conditions, on-call supervisor.
- In charge of new machine setup, complex maintenance activity, construction projects, machine modification, and all CAPEX projects. Ensure timely completion of projects and respond to issues and concerns.
- Monitor and controls, repair and maintenance costs of the plant. Initiate cost-saving actions.
- In charge of renewal and completion of test requirements for DOLE-mandated permits (BFP, Electrical, Mechanical).
- Responsible for on time accomplishment of plant projects from job inquiry, approvals and scheduling till completion.
- Directing other employee for completion of work orders, pest control findings, failed micro test corrective action and government compliance requirements.
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment, purchase parts.
- Attend and participate in alignment meetings; maintain awareness of new trends and developments in the field of operation and maintenance; incorporate new developments as appropriate into programs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Engineering Degree, priority is Mechanical Engineer or any engineering course with background and at least 3 years of experience in Equipment Engineering and Machine setup. Preferably has food manufacturing experience.
- Technical support for equipment and tools to be used by production for new products, full support to Research and Development team.
- Specific skill-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include:
- Adhering to safety practices, operating equipment used in building maintenance trades, planning and managing projects, and preparing and maintaining accurate records.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, maps, property maps, and technical studies and investigations.
- Organize, implement, and direct facility maintenance operations and activities.
- Can perform the most complex maintenance duties and operate related equipment.

FINANCE STAFF

Job Responsibilities:
- Performs daily cash/check collection receiving, reporting, balancing, and posting collection via the SAP system.
- Monitors and confirms receipt of bank-to-bank transactions.
- Ensures that all Delivery Receipts are posted and delivered on the same day.
- Performs 3-way match in processing transactions (Sales Order, Delivery Receipt/Invoice, Pick List).
- Investigates and manages corrections and credit memos.
- Checks and reconciles Sales Return Slips with Sales Invoices and Credit Memos.
- Monitors and validates customer charges.
- Prepares and coordinates the schedule of collection with collection staff.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably with a degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or equivalent.
- Preferably with two (2) years of experience handling Treasury functions in a manufacturing environment.
- Must have experience with SAP.
- Computer literate – strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word.
- Team player and willing to work extended hours if necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task, systematic, and manage deadlines.

TRADE MARKETING OFFICER

Job Responsibilities:
- Implement trade marketing programs in major channels;
- Execute consumer and channel promotions;
- Consistently monitor competitive activities in the trade; and
- Be the Custodian for all POP / Merchandising materials
- Coordinate with Sales for trade marketing programs’ scheduling and implementation.
- Coordinates with Suppliers and manages inventory & distribution of POP / Merchandising materials.
- Do special projects that the Marketing Team will assign.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in merchandising, retail and the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge in FMCG preferably in food manufacturing industry, knowledge in the ins and outs of the supermarket and receiving process, handling and communicating with store supervisors or store heads, buyers, receiving supervisors.
- Able to cope with the pressures of handling different personalities.
- Computer literate.
- Able to understand analysis of cost efficiency and effectivity.
- Responsible to handle cooperation with various groups, have good judgement and good listening skills for a sound decision-making skill despite any circumstance.
- Willing to do field work and overtime (as needed).

HR GENERALIST (GENERAL AFFAIRS)

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in the identification, procurement and inventory control of resource requirements as to pantry supplies, office supplies and equipment; and service vehicles.
- Handle security gate pass and temporary visitor pass.
- Coordinate with courier service all outgoing and incoming documents both international and local.
- Establish a monitoring system for company service vehicle routine maintenance and work/repair.
- Supervise and prepare daily schedule of company drivers.
- Process, monitor and file official business travel authorization of the employee with the intention of proper utilization and scheduling of company service vehicles.
- Monitor and ensure that all company vehicles’ requirements for insurance and registration are updated.
- See to it that all communication equipment (telephone, radio, cellphones) are well functioning and properly used.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements and bookings.
- Arrange hotel reservation and/or bookings for the company.
- Handle visa requirements and documentations/records of all expatriates.
- Manage assigned security personnel from security provider.
- Enforce security policies in the general common areas of the company.
- Handle shuttle van or bus arrangement for incoming and outgoing employees.
- Coordinate with canteen concessionaire for food packs for employees.
- Assist HR & General Affairs Supervisor in managing company events and social functions.
- Assist in the preparation of all written documents and/or reports for the HR & General Affairs Department.
- Maintain and update administrative filing system needed by the department.
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing documents/mails, and their proper distributions or disposition.
- Answer telephone calls and other inquiries timely and courteously.
- Prepare and follow-up routine maintenance and work/repair requests of all company service vehicles and coordinate with insurance company if so required.
- Regularly monitor, review, and identify specific telephone/fax charges for proper recording, charging, and payment.
- Check and file daily security report from security personnel.
- Assist in the social functions and activities, sets reservations, and makes arrangements for appointment of meetings and seminars as required by the company.
- Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

ENGINEERING ASSISTANT MANAGER

- Assist the Engineering Manager to ensure cost effective overall maintenance activities of the Production area and Plant facilities. Plan and implement Factory maintenance program.
- Prepares annual budget for repairs and maintenance of plant’s equipment and machineries including facilities and utilities.
- Team Leader for on time accomplishment of plant projects from job inquiry, approvals and schedule till completion. Coordinates and monitors the planning and implementation of CAPEX projects.
- Conduct training on Maintenance of Facility Equipment, Safety Procedures and Maintenance system.
- Monitor and controls, Repair and Maintenance cost of the plant. Initiate cost saving actions.
- Provide the requirements for all government mandated compliance reports and permits.
- Act as the PCO and or Safety officer whichever is needed by the organization.
- Performs other function as may be assigned by superior from time to time.

- Experience in Maintenance of HVAC system, Boilers, Compressed air, Waste water treatment and RO system.
- With Knowledge of Maintenance of Production equipment such as Ovens, Mixers, Conveyor system, Filling machine and packaging machine.
- Highly Knowledgeable in Industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Civil works.
- With Good Understanding of energy management best Practices and overall Facility system optimization.
- Preferably with BOSH training and PCO certification
